3 of 16…

The 3 most important of the 16 goals for K-State this week:

6. Self-Discipline

Stop me if you’ve heard this one before: Tech’s offense is really freaking good and their defense is really freaking bad. There’s something to be said about consistency, even in moderation. If K-State can eliminate the penalties and play a K-State like game, and the Cats will win.

4. Improve

K-State showed something in their loss to Baylor. No, I’m not talking about moral victories, but I am talking about improvement and hope for the future. Bill Snyder may not want to admit the schedule gets easier now, but let’s face it… it does. Now run the ball, and good things could happen the rest of the way.

11. Don’t Accept Losing

You know where the Cats are. But in case you just woke up from a coma, they need to win 3 of their last 4 games to becoming bowl eligible. Even if you assume wins against Iowa State and Kansas (can we assume anything right now, though?), you have to win either at Tech or against West Virginia. No one wants to be heading into game 12 looking for win 6.
